Aspen Meadows is set on the Roaring Fork river, in a quiet corner of Aspen, yet close to its' downtown treasures.
Joann's classes enhance physical strength and flexibility through posture, in balance with focus of mind and calming awareness in breath.Combining Asana with Pranayama (breath study) and Pratyahara (introspection of the senses)
participants often experience results beyond physical and into the deeper realms of relaxation and realization. Warm up practices and discretionary use of props make the classes accessible to all levels.
The suites at Aspen Meadows are spacious for two. Join a friend or partner for this accessible week end getaway.
The retreat begins with arrival on Friday afternoon in time for a 5 p.m. class. It ends by noon Sunday.
PRICING
With Lodging: $525 includes:
- Double lodging in a junior suite
- 4 two-hour yoga classes
- 2 meals, one after each morning class
- Spa privileges, including pool, hot tub, and steam. (Massage at hotel prices, available by request)

* Room provides coffee and tea, and a refrigerator
* Aspen Meadows restaurant open for breakfasts at 7 A.M.
